Reschedule your appointment anytime!
Instead of calling and waiting on hold, or emailing us and hoping that your requested reschedule is available, you can reschedule your appointment quickly and at your convenience using our website.
EASY ONLINE RESCHEDULING
Click on either "My Bookings" in the website navigation menu, or the "Login" button on the upper-ride side of the site. You will be asked to log in to the members area. The website will offer to let you log in with external accounts, such as your Gmail account.
If you've booked an appointment in the past, use the same email that you used to book your appointment to create a member login!
If you use a different email, the system will not show appointment information that was sent to your other email.
If you click "Log In," you will arrive at your Account page, where you can edit your name, email, and phone number. You will have to click on the Members menu item "My Bookings" to access your upcoming appointments and appointment history.
Once you get to the bookings screen, you will see your list of appointments, with a drop-down arrow next to the "Reschedule" link. Click the arrow to see appointment details and the link to cancel.
If you choose to reschedule, the site will take you to our bookings page where you can select the new date and time that you'd like to book. If you wish to cancel your appointment, simply click the "Cancel" link and confirm that you'd like to cancel your appointment.
