Service Description
Free year-round tax planning and advice included is included with paid service. Consultations are not available January 31 - April 30. Any consultation scheduled for within that period will be rescheduled for May - January.
Cancellation Policy:
Late arrivals are treated as walk-in clients and will be seen in the order of arrival.
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours in advance, which can be done by logging into our website in the upper-right hand corner with the email address used to book the appointment.
Rescheduling and cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be subjected to an appointment fee of $25 per half-hour booked, with the only exception being if local government offices are closed due to inclement weather.
